GIS INVENTORY SUPPORT



Before making a support request, please check the "Getting Started" Guide? It provides detailed information on each feature of the system. The Guide was developed for Version 4.0 and there may be some minor inconsistencies with this version of the System. It will be upgraded in the final quarter of 2012.

This System does not host GIS Data. It provides an inventory of users, organizations, policies and data for the people and organizations that participate. You can identify data resources and obtain contact information or hyperlink to map services by using this system. Some features are new in Version 5.0 and it may take a significant amount of time for previous system users to modify their accounts to include this information.

GIS Inventory Administrators respond to support requests during regular business hours in the Eastern time zone. They sometimes check for support requests during evenings and weekends, but there is no guaranteed response during these periods. If you need help, have questions, or simply want to provide a comment, please open a ticket and someone will be in touch with you.

If you tried to create an account, but didn't receive the validation E-Mail message, it was probably filtered out by your firewall system. Submit a support request at the link below so we can validate your account and contact you with the relevant information.
